The law that made Indian real estate safer, and how to check our registration yourself in under a minute.
RERA is the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. It created a dedicated regulatory authority in every Indian state. For Uttar Pradesh, that authority is UP RERA.
Before RERA, buyers had little protection: projects launched without approvals, money moved freely between projects, and delays had no consequences. RERA changed the rules. Builders and agents must now register with the authority, follow its disclosure norms, and answer to it when things go wrong.
For you, one rule matters most: only registered agents can legally help you buy or sell property covered by the Act. Always check the registration number of anyone you work with.
Sachan Estate Pvt. Ltd. is registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority as a real estate agent under this number. It appears in our header, footer and every conversation we have with you, because you should never have to take a broker's word for it.
One minute on the official portal is all it takes.
Go to the official Uttar Pradesh RERA website, up-rera.in. It is run by the state authority, not by us.
In the Registrations section, choose the list of registered real estate agents.
Search UPRERAAGT10143 and match the name: Sachan Estate Pvt. Ltd., Noida. That is us.
Browse the portfolio, or talk to a consultant who answers to a regulator, and to you.
